The feature-length pilot is called, "The Quiche of Death" and Ashley Jensen stars as Agatha Raisin. She's known for her roles in such TV shows as "Extras," "Ugly Betty," and "Catastrophe."

After the pilot episode airs, a week later on August 8, Series 1 will be on Acorn TV's site for members to watch. Series 1 is eight episodes.
